Ingredients
- 2 nos boiled egg
- · 2-3nos boiled potatoes.
- · 2tablespoon onion paste
- · 1tablespoon garlic paste
- · 1tablespoon ginger paste
- · 2tablespoon tomato puree
- · 3tablespoon oil
- · 1/2tablespoon red chilli powder
- · 1/2tablespoon turmeric powder
- · 1table spoon cumin powder
- · 1tablespoon coriander powder
- · 1tablespoon garam masala powder
- · 2tablespoon chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Procedure
- Heat oil in pan, add pinch turmeric powder and fry the boiled egg.
- Again heat oil in pan.
- Add onion, garlic , ginger paste and stir for 3-4min.
- Add sugar, salt, tomato puree, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder.
- Stir continuously.
- Add ½ cup of water & make thick gravy.
- Add boiled egg & potatoes.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Before removing from heat add garam masala powder & coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with any meal
- Tips:
- You can boiled potatoes.
