Ingredients
  • 2 nos boiled egg
  • · 2-3nos boiled potatoes.
  • · 2tablespoon onion paste
  • · 1tablespoon garlic paste
  • · 1tablespoon ginger paste
  • · 2tablespoon tomato puree
  • · 3tablespoon oil
  • · 1/2tablespoon red chilli powder
  • · 1/2tablespoon turmeric powder
  • · 1table spoon cumin powder
  • · 1tablespoon coriander powder
  • · 1tablespoon garam masala powder
  • · 2tablespoon chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
  1. Procedure
  2. Heat oil in pan, add pinch turmeric powder and fry the boiled egg.
  3. Again heat oil in pan.
  4. Add onion, garlic , ginger paste and stir for 3-4min.
  5. Add sugar, salt, tomato puree, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder.
  6. Stir continuously.
  7. Add ½ cup of water & make thick gravy.
  8. Add boiled egg & potatoes.
  9. Cook for 2 minutes.
  10. Before removing from heat add garam masala powder & coriander leaves.
  11. Serve hot with any meal

  13. You can boiled potatoes.
