1. Rs. 10 Crore Multi-storey shopping mall complex in 3.5 Acres of BMC land
2. Emption of Air Conditioned and luxurious city buses of worth Rs.15 Crores
3. Induction of energy-efficient street lights of worth Rs.5 Crores
4. Building abattoirs of worth Rs. 50 lakhs
5. Building new roads of wroth Rs. 25 Crores
6. Building Drains of worth Rs. 10 Crores
7. Revivification of old markets at the cost of Rs. 10 Crores
8. Construction of newfangled lavatories at the expense of Rs. 8 Crores
