New Terminal of Biju Patnaik Airport will be inaugurated on 5th March 2013

After months of procrastination and postponement, the spic-and-span and brand-new terminal of Biju Patnaik Airport will be inaugurated on 5^th March,2013. None other than the Union Civil Aviation minister and RJD apparatchik Ajit Singh has given his consent to partake in the inauguration of the much-awaited terminal of the Biju Patnaik airport. Furthermore the security mechanism of the airport has already been galvanized by the state-of-the-art CCTV surveillance cameras at the expense of 1 crore Rupees. A symposium christened “CIVIL AVIATION IN ODISHA” has also been scheduled to take place on the very day of inauguration. However the AAI (Airport Authorities Of India) may have a dummy run session for the departure process and the arrival lounge has already been tested by offloading the passengers of a PORT BLAIRE – BHUBANESWAR flight in last November .
