muga dalmaIngredients

  • 250 gms fried muga dali
  • 2 potato(aloo),
  • 2 egg plant(baingana),
  • small piece of red pumpkin(kakharu),
  • 3 parwals(potala),
  • teasel gourd(kankada),
  • 2 tomatoes,
  • 2 arums(saru),
  • 100 gms papaya(amruta bhanda),
  • 2 bay leaves(teja patra),
  • 2 reaspoon fried cumin seeds powder(bhaja jeera lanka gunda),
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds(gota jeera),
  • crushed ginger(ada checha),
  • 2 red chilly(gota sukhila lanka),
  • 1\2 cup grated coconut(nadia kora),
  • 2 tbl spoon pure ghe,
  • salt to taste,
  • 1\4 teaspoon turmeric powder

Procedure:-—-

  • First cut all the vegetables in cube sizes
  • boil them with washed muga dali,water,salt,turmeric powder,crushed ginger and bayleaves ….
  • after it boils heat a pan with 1tbl spoon of ghee add cumin seeds and red chilly
  • when it starts to crackle add this boiled vegetables and dal turn off gas and cover it
  • after 2 mns sprinkle fried jeera powder and grated coconut and rest ghee….
