Author Simeraun Sahu know about this recipe from her grandmother. She was preparing this for her pregnant chachi…it’s a great option for women who were new or soon to be mother. Because this is completely organic, easily available food and can’t ignore it’s nutritional properties.

Recipe for Moong daal and drumsticks leaves fry .

Ingredients:
1-Moong daal
2-Drumsticks leaves
3-Mustard seeds
4-Dry red chilies
5-Oil
6-Turmeric powder
7-Salt
8-Garlic cloves.

Procedure:
1-Take a pressure cooker,and put the moongdal and boiled it with salt and turmeric powder.
2-Take a kadhai pour some oil,add mustard seeds,few chopped garlic and dry chillies.
3-Then add the fresh drumsticks leaves fry it till it’s became soft then aad the boiled moongdal and fry in high flame till it’s became dry…you can further add salt if required.
