Despite reformative policies of CHSE, this year recorded less than two percentage pass rate than the last yearwhich had scored overall 70 percent. The Higher Education department, however, passed the buck on to the students’ style of preparation.
“As per our reformative policies, we got very good results with no hiccups. No flaws unlike previous years have repeated this year. Results is fully dependent on the style of preparation”, CHSE chairman Chhatoi said.
On the other hand, Higher Education minister vowed to analyse the ‘unsatisfactory’ results. “Of course it is unsatisfactory in comparison to last year. The reason can’t be ascertained without analysis. We will try to find out the drawbacks that led to the diminishing pass rate,” Panigrahi said.
