  2. onion(chopped)- 1no
  3. cumin seeds- 1tsp
  4. turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
  5. chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
  6. green chilli – 2no
  7. curry powder- 1/2 tsp
  8. vegetable oil – 1tsp
  9. pinch hing
  10. salt as per taste


  •  First wash Janhi and cut (round shape).
  • Heat oil on frying pan. Add sliced green chilli and cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  • Then add some pinch of hing and chopped onion.
  • Fry it till it turn golden color , then add Janhi and fry it for 2-3min.
  • Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder and curry powder.
  • Now stir it and allow it properly cooked.
  • Serve it with any meal.
