Ingredients for Radha Vallabhi(56 bhogha):
- 1 cup refined flour
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp roasted black gram powder
- 3 tbsp gram flour
- ½ tsp fennel seeds Salt to taste
Method For Radha Vallabhi recipe :
- To make the stuffing combine the black gram flour,gram flour,fennel seeds,water and mix well.
- Season with salt and leave aside to rest.
- Make the dough by combining all the ingredients and kneading them together.
- Divide the dough into lemon size balls and roll them into small discs or puris.
- Heat some oil in a deep pan or kadai and deep fry them till they are golden brown.
