Ingredients for Radha Vallabhi(56 bhogha):

  • 1 cup refined flour
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp roasted black gram powder
  • 3 tbsp gram flour
  • ½ tsp fennel seeds Salt to taste

Method For Radha Vallabhi recipe :

  • To make the stuffing combine the black gram flour,gram flour,fennel seeds,water and mix well.
  • Season with salt and leave aside to rest.
  • Make the dough by combining all the ingredients and kneading them together.
  • Divide the dough into lemon size balls and roll them into small discs or puris.
  • Heat some oil in a deep pan or kadai and deep fry them till they are golden brown.
